Eid Ordering
Terms and Conditions
All Eid orders are to be collected on Thursday 5th June 2025 (the night before Eid) as we are closed on Eid day (Friday 6th June). Collection will be between 12pm and 10pm.
Please note, once food has been purchased from Pakistan Catering, we are no longer responsible for the management of food therefore please adhere to these guidelines to ensure that food is safe to eat for the next day:
- Collect hot food from our premises
- Once you have taken the food home, open the containers to let the food cooldown to room temperature in a cool area such as the kitchen
- Once cooled to room temperature, close the containers and place the food in the fridge to store until use
- Warm the food until piping hot and enjoy
Customers are all given an order number, regardless of whether the food was ordered online or over the phone. When you come to collect the food, there will be a queue system in place so please wait in the queue. The order numbers we provide customers with do not represent their position in the queue, they are used by us to manage our stock on the day to ensure everyone receives their order.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL FOOD IS SERVED ON CHAAND RAAT AS WE ARE CLOSED ON EID DAY. PLEASE COLLECT ALL ORDERS BEFORE 10PM.
